We have a passion for what we do.

Koffel Compliance, LLC is a Maryland Certified (MDOT) Minority and Disadvantaged, Small Business Enterprise (MBE/DBE/SBE) with expertise in fire protection engineering and code consulting. Koffel Compliance’s Leadership Team members have a cumulative total of over 70 years of engineering experience in performing life safety assessments and health care compliance. We specialize in life safety assessments and design/consulting services for existing, new construction, expansion, and renovation of health care and other related occupancies.

Our involvement in the code development process provides our firm with a greater understanding of the codes and standards and unique insights into the intent of the requirements. As such, we are better able to address the compliance issues and challenges that may arise during a Life Safety Assessment.
